I’m a sports car nut. I used to autocross a Mazda Miata, and one of the biggest challenges I faced as an amateur racer was measuring performance before and after major improvements to my car. Accelerometers are expensive, and booking time on a dyno can be cost prohibitive as well. But now, if you’ve got an iPhone or iPod, you can have a fairly decent performance meter in your pocket!

It works reasonbly well.
The trick is setting it up correctly, Calibration and vehicle info.
In other words you have to know alota info about your car. Like how much it weights And additional weight. doesnt seem like much but without knowing the cars true weight your readings will be off.
after all that fun is done, a solding stable mounting is neccesary.
when all is done it works fairly well. g forces is fun on winding roads but youl be amazed how it actuallly works .
